We want you to love your Trailtone. If you don't, we make returns simple.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at support@welyaura.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions right away.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Warranty
Every pair of DriftShell is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll make it right.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@welyaura.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
